Berry's 68188 Preferred Plated DEWC Pistol Bullets - .38/.357 - 148 Grain
Berry's Preferred Plated DEWC Pistol Bullets offer a cost-effective alternative to copper jacketed bullets for the reloader. To keep manufacturing costs down, alloyed lead bullets are swaged first, then copper plated and finally re-sized (double-struck) to exact dimensions. These are exceptional quality reloading bullets made to exacting standards. They are accurate, inexpensive to shoot, and they don't lead up barrels, feeding ramps, and forcing cones like cast bullets do. Double-ended wadcutter (DEWC) bullets are a specific type of wadcutter featuring a cylindrical shape and flat ends on both sides. Unlike semi wadcutters, full wadcutters, or hollow base wadcutters, this design is symmetrical, which means it can be loaded in either direction, making them particularly favored in target shooting and competitive scenarios. They're also popular in semi-auto revolvers, such as the S&W Model or Ruger LCR, but can also be used effectively in semi-auto firearms adapted for wadcutter ammo.
